Updated: Rumble, Odysee, Twitch TV, BBC, BrightCove, VidNode, KeyMovies, XHamster, Streamzz, UserLoad
Updated Youtube to fix some age-gated videos and to bypass the rate limiting which restricts download speed to about 45K bytes per second. The DASH formats still appear to have some rate limiting in place compared to the normal formats (110K versus 600K on my DSL connection).
